As we step into our 50s and beyond, it’s essential to understand and positively embrace the natural changes occurring in our bodies and minds.

  • Cognitive Changes: Memory and processing speed might change, but staying mentally active through engaging classes and activities can greatly benefit cognitive health.
  • Emotional Wellbeing: We’re here to support you through new emotional challenges, whether it’s adjusting to retirement or navigating significant life transitions like Menopause!
  • Physical Evolution: Addressing the natural decline in muscle mass and bone density is crucial. We focus on exercises to improve these areas, helping prevent injuries and conditions like osteoporosis.
  • Metabolic and Hormonal Changes: For women, particularly those experiencing menopause, our programs offer support for changes in weight, mood, and overall health.

Our 2024 Program Highlights

  1. New Class – ‘Breaking The Cycle™’: Tailored for women, this class encompasses physical and mental wellness, including mobilization, movement, weights, and meditation/discussion. Join us Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 PM at Beccs Rugby Club Sparrows Den BR4 9BB.
  2. EarlyRisersFitness: Energize your mornings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6.15am. Special trial week for new members starts January 22nd – a perfect opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey!
