New Beginnings: MenoFit, Mobilise, Move & Meditate.

On the horizon is an exciting opportunity: a 6-week evening course starting Thursday January 11th 6.30pm to 7.30pm, titled ‘MenoFit Mobilise, Move & Meditate’. This program is a unique blend of basic nutrition, exercise, and mental wellness, tailored specifically for women at the beginning or intermediate stages of their fitness journey. It’s more than just a course; it’s a community offering support and accountability, where each member can set a personal goal, be it dropping a dress size, becoming stronger and/or enhancing overall wellbeing.

This program is uniquely designed for a diverse group of women, including the unfit, beginners, those returning to exercise, and particularly those who are pre and post-menopausal.
