What Is Ladies WalkFit Silent Disco?

WalkFit Silent Disco is a low impact fitness activity that combines a silent disco experience with walking. You will wear wireless headphones and take part in a guided fitness walk while listening to music and instructions from me.

During a Silent Disco WalkFit session, you will gather in a group and receive a set of headphones connected to a central audio transmitter which is worn by me. I will lead the group on a walking route in the local area of Sparrows Den whilst providing motivational cues, fitness instructions, and playing energising music through the headphones. Getting into a rhythm while walking, adds an element of fun and motivation to the workout. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, allowing you to walk at your own pace and modify the intensity based on your preferences.

We typically walk between 5500 and 6500 steps in the 60mins that we are walking.

Things to consider:

*There maybe some overgrown trees, bushes etc on our walks so please wear a long sleeved top if you are worried about brushing up against this.
*There maybe some uneven ground so please wear suitable shoes like trianers or walking shoes.
*You may need water so please bring this with you.
*You can leave your essential valuables in a secure place with me.
*Toilet facilities are available before and after the session.
