Ladies, are you ready to kick start your wellness journey? Our brand new class, ‘Breaking The Cycle™’, is here! It’s a fun mix of activities designed for all fitness levels.

Imagine a class where you can improve your mobility, take part in low impact movement to music , lift weights, and then wind down with meditation and a chat – all in one hour!

Join us every Thursday, 6:30-7:30 PM, at Beccs Rugby Club Sparrows Den BR4 9BB.

It’s perfect for beginners, peri/menopausal women, or anyone looking for a stress-buster. Let’s get fit, find our zen, and have some great conversations!

£12 per session or £50 for 5 weeks.

2. Wake Up with Early Risers Fitness

Not a night owl? No problem! Our Early Risers Fitness sessions are perfect for you. Get your workout done bright and early at 6.15am to 7am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at Beccs Rugby Club BR4 9BB. With live-streamed sessions on Monday and Wednesday and an exclusive hall session on Friday, we offer flexibility to suit your schedule.

Plus, there’s a trial week for newbies starting January 22nd.
